أولا: مدير إدارة الغذاء والتغذية العلاجية
Director of Nutrition and Dietetics(NADS
مهام الوظيفة والمؤهلات:
Detailed duties for the position
• Develop and manage the implementation of the Nutrition and Dietetics strategy
• Manage implementation of the Food and Hydration Policy and advise on contractual changes to facilitate this implementation
• Ensure procedures for recipe analysis and kitchen audits are developed and implemented at all centres
• Oversee the implementation of the generic food labelling system
• Oversee the improvement of food safety standards
• Establish and supervise the development of weight management and dietetic clinics
• Develop and implement a program for initial and ongoing staff training for all NADS staff
• Oversee the implementation of nutrition education through lectures and campaigns in conjunction with the Director of Health Education
• Review and develop standards for nutrition in a range of active duty situations
• Review literature on a regular basis to ensure that policies and guidelines are aligned with current best practice and are evidence based
• Design and implement a sports nutrition program as per requirements
• Design and carry out nutrition related research as and when required to better improve the health of personnel
Attributes of position holder
Education and training • Minimum of a Masters qualification in Nutrition / Dietetics
• Understanding and experience in working with menu analysis programs
• Clinical experience beneficial
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic beneficial
• 10 years relevant experience, including upper management experience

ثانيا: مدير إدارة الأداء الرياضي
Director of Physical Performance
مهام الوظيفة والمؤهلات:
Detailed duties for the position
• Develop and manage the implementation of the Physical Performance strategy
• Develop scientific best practice with respect to physical training and testing programmes, and deliver these at all training establishments
• In coordination with the Section’s staff, quality assure physical training lessons using latest technology to ensure lessons provide adequate stimulus to improve health, fitness and performance
• Develop appropriate policy and systems for long term tracking of body size and fitness at each training establishment, and implement this with the help of relevant staff
• Develop an appropriate safety policy for training and exercising in the heat, and monitor the implementation of endorsed guidelines
• Coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of physical performance interventions by designing and carrying out carefully targeted research projects, in conjunction with other sections as necessary
• Ensure analysis of all physical performance data collected and complete the necessary reports
• Review literature on a regular basis to ensure that policies and guidelines are aligned with current best practice and are evidence based
Attributes of position holder
Education and training • Minimum of a Masters qualification in sport science or a related field
• Excellent computer skills (in particular MS Powerpoint and MS Publisher)
• Teaching experience essential
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Arabic beneficial
• 10 years relevant experience, including upper management experience
Personal Character Flexible, professional, rigorous
Preparations and capabilities Management experience; ability to adapt to changes; experience in modern teaching methodology.
Physical capability Meet entry requirements
Professional qualifications Minimum of a Masters qualification in education, health, sport or exercise related discipline..
ثالثا: مدير إدارة الطب الرياضي والتأهيل
Director of Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation
lمهام الوظيفة والمؤهلات :
Detailed duties for the position
• Develop and manage the implementation of the HSMC Sport and Exercise Medicine strategy
• Oversee and manage the sports and exercise medicine personnel
• Create and manage best practice protocols and procedures that will be used throughout the satellite Sports Medicine Units
• Perform pre-exercise evaluation, injury assessment and injury treatment
• Diagnose, treat and prevent musculoskeletal injuries and health issues that occur during sports and physical training
• Provide both long-term and immediate supervision for the rehabilitation of individuals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Undertake weekly on-site review and clinics of the Satellite Health and Sport Medicine Centres
• Ensure excellent collaboration and follow-up procedures with the regional medical centres and hospitals.
• Collaborate with the HSMC Physical Performance Section in particular, and other members of the HSMC, on relevant projects
• Review literature on a regular basis to ensure that policies and guidelines are aligned with current best practice and are evidence based
Attributes of position holder
Education and training • Recognised Medical Degree required; Minimum of a Masters degree in Sports Medicine or rehabilitation.
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Arabic beneficial
• 10 years relevant experience, including managerial clinical experience
• Strong academic background with relevant publications and conference presentations.
Personal Character Flexible, professional, rigorous
Preparations and capabilities Clinical management experience; ability to adapt to changes; experience in modern teaching methodology.
Physical capability Meet entry requirements
Professional qualifications Recognised Medical Degree required; Minimum of a Masters degree in Sports Medicine or rehabilitation.
HAAD accreditation, or the eligibility to gain HAAD accreditation
