Greeting Everybody.., A Multinational Company on Cairo has the following position: Job title: Call Center Agent: Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and talented Call Center Agent with an attractive salary. Key responsibilities will include: - Handle customers’ inquires over the telephone providing the right and full information according to the guidelines. - Resolve customers’ complaints and problems, within boundaries of authority, distributes issues for further escalation to appropriate persons/teams. - Take customers orders and create opportunities for up-selling and cross selling (where applicable( - Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the contact center management. - Meet the due dates in the tasks assigned to him by the management. • Skills and Specifications • Experience using Microsoft software, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. •
