Qualifications
• Gender : Male
• Years of Experience: Minimum (5) in the relevant field
• Work experience as (Law and legal affairs) in Saudi Arabia with (2)
years
Education
• Bachelor in Law (LLB) or above
Skills
• Has Knowledge with all computer Programs
• Fluent in English Language (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
Duties
• He is responsible for government relations and to represent the
company in court and other matters.
• Drafting
minimize law firms fees, handling contractual disputes, dealing with
the issues raised with law firms, Police stations, Courts, CITC,
Ministry of Commerce, Municipalities, etc. Dealing with External
affairs such as vendors, suppliers, landlords, service providers, and
business
governmental depts.
• Effective resolution of disputes, protecting the business interests
and limit the risks exposure.
Stipulations
• Contract for Two (2) Years from Start Date
• Salary 3000 SAR (Three thousand only) and this is the minimum salary
